iPerformance Audio Submissions

This live performance project is based on presenting computer music works diffused through multiple iPhone or related touch control systems. We are requesting submissions that may be whole or a fragment of works that the author believes would be suitable for such a performance mix.

We anticipate discussing with contributors the nature of the diffusion and if they are present allowing them to participate directly themselves.

The submission process is through the conference registration system and the uploaded audio file and related information document must be named:

_.tar.gz

You MUST explicitly upload via ftp your submissions to:

mai.anu.edu.au

To place in the upload folder you can either use a terminal:

ftp mai.anu.edu.au

or your favorite ftp GUI client.

Submission format:

  • Up to 10 minutes of digital audio
  • 16 bit format
  • 44100 sampling rate
  • wav or aiff
  • One audio file upload per registered user
  • Files will be checked for format correctness
  • The document can be a Word file or PDF

There is no limit to unique audio contributions in this respect but we reserve the right to include or not any submitted work.

Sound works must have been produced entirely by the person submitting the file.

Audio files will be removed from the server after the performance.

Author and work information will be presented during the performance.

If you have any questions relating to this performance, please contact:
